The music gameplay originally scheduled for the launch of "GTA Online" will appear in "GTA 6"
Recently, R-Star game insider Tez2 revealed that "GTA6" may include music gameplay, which was originally planned to be added to "GTA Online". In response to a user comment on GTAForums, Tez2 said that the music remix mini-game was originally planned to be added to the "GTA Online" DLC "The Contract".
One of the in-game recording studios, Record A Studios, is owned by the NPC "Dr. Dre". Tez2 claims that Rockstar had planned to provide more content for the studio, including uploading custom remixes and downloading others' remixes, but those plans were shelved.
Tez2 added: "All in all, this gameplay is ready for GTA6, and it's still a year away." It is understood that GTA6 will be released on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S in autumn 2025, and the release date of its PC version has not yet been announced.
